Buyer Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a stellar buyer agent to join our team! We are looking for a motivated self-starter who enjoys helping people find the house of their dreams. The buyer agent is responsible for assisting several buyer clients at a time. So if you are great at building relationships, prioritizing tasks, and managing your time well, we want you!

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow up to convert into appointments.
  • Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
  • Identify homes that meet prospective buyers’ home search criteria, schedule showings, and help the refine their criteria.
  • Stay up to date with the real estate market and educate clients about market trends and the home buying process.
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
  • Write and submit offers on behalf of clients, effectively negotiate offers and oversee the entire process to close.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent, or willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently with little management involvement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.

Listing Specialist

Job Description:

Are you a natural networker gifted with the art of persuasion? We are looking for a strong relationship builder with high energy and a great work ethic, who isn’t afraid of the high demands of real estate sales. Selling a home is personal and emotional, so the agent must not only be proactive, but also have good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and conduct lead generation activities for new listing appointments.
  • Have a proactive networking mindset to build and maintain business relationships with a number of people
  • Quickly respond to online seller leads, and follow up to convert into listing appointments
  • Manage all leads in contact database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.
  • Prepare and analyze Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before all listing presentation appointments.
  • Conduct all listing appointments and convert appointments to listing agreements.
  • Communicate with team members, clients, and all other parties to ensure clients’ needs are met.
  • Answer questions and educate clients about the real estate market, the transaction process, contracts, and terms of sale.
  • Present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and the agents representing prospective buyers.

Job Description:

Are you a call-crushing phone animal? We are looking to add a skilled sales-minded individual to our team. As the first point of contact, the Inside Sales Agent will be responsible for responding to all new leads, and must be comfortable spending most of their time on the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new leads calling Expired/FSBOs, past clients in database, Sphere of Influence, Just Listed, etc.
  • Service inbound leads from sign calls and online sources and determine where they are in the buying/selling process.
  • Manage contacts in CRM, and
  • Consistently nurture and follow-up with viable leads to convert into scheduled appointments.
  • Keep track of completed tasks and goals to measure lead conversion ration and meet performance benchmarks.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective written and verbal communication

This role requires skilled multi-tasking and the ability to wear several hats in order to handle all administrative aspects of a real estate business. Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, send response emails and potentially assist with the showing of properties.
  • Provide support to agents and brokers during the sales process, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and sending emails.
  • Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
  • Produce listing marketing materials (printed collateral, websites, etc.) and assist with social media campaigns
  • Assist with showings, open houses/broker events, schedule inspections, signings, appraisals, and service provider appointments

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

This team member will be a very visible face for the company, so it is important to develop and maintain positive professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist agents by showing homes to home buyer clients
  • Drive with or alongside buyer clients to provide access and view homes
  • Answer client’s questions, help them narrow down their search, and relay relevant information and feedback to the buyer agent.
  • Promote team concept by assuring clients that the buyer agent is well-informed and involved in every step of the process.

Requirements

  • Real estate license.
  • Have reliable transportation, camera, computer and internet connection.
